VISITING HOURS
At the present time, the Museum has no full time staff. Therefore, it is necessary to make an appointment at least a week ahead of your desired visit. This will allow us to assemble volunteers for your tour. Visiting hours are Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, again, by appointment only. Entrance is via the Air Force Reserve gate located on 34 Ave S just south of Highway 62.
As all visitors must be escorted by a Museum staff member, please call Nick Goodwin at 952-465-8202 at least a week ahead to ensure that a staff member will be available.
We are pleased to announce that again this season we will have an Open House in conjunction with the Air Guard Museum on the following dates: July 24,& 31; August 7,14,& 28; September 4,18 & 19 (FSMM Open House),& 25; October 2 & 9 (Last Day). Hours for all dates are 11 AM - 4 PM. All dates are subject to change due to mission requirements. If necessary, date changes will be posted on this site as soon as they are known. Visitors on the above dates may enter through the Air Guard gate just across the street from the Light Rail Station. All visitors must be in vehicles. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate pedestrians at this time. No reservations or advance arrangements are necessary.
